Briargate

Briargate is a beautiful neighborhood in northeast Colorado Springs, known for its clean environment and walkability. Most of the single-family homes in this area were built from the 1980s to the early 2000s. The Briargate area is home to a wide range of amenities from large shopping malls like the Chapel Hills Mall and The Promenade Shops at Briargate to John Venezia Park with tennis courts, a waterpark and sports fields.
